He has a proven track record in managing project-wide operations, administering multimillion-dollar budgets, contract negotiations and delivering projects on time and within budget. With assertive leadership and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, he achieves the best project outcome for the client, CDB Core and other stakeholders.

Marwan is calm under pressure, deadline focused, organised and an effective influencer, leader, delegator ad mentor. With a direct and honest approach, he possesses the ability to express ideas and opinions for positive outcomes.

Senior Project Manager

Anthony is a Licenced Builder with over 25 years’ experience working on multimillion-dollar luxury homes and apartment complexes around Sydney. Within 8 years at CBD Core, Anthony has ensured the projects at hand are completed on time and within budget, that the project’s objectives are met, and that all direct and indirect personnel are completing their delegated tasks and actions appropriately.

With over 18 years paralegal experience and 10 years at CBD Core focusing on leading and managing the organisation’s current and future project portfolio, Carol’s role significantly contributes to the organisation’s growth strategy.

As CBD Core’s Land Acquisitions and Sales Manager, Strath brings a wealth of experience to the CBD Core team. He is responsible for identifying and acquiring prime land in thriving communities for our boutique projects. This is vital to ensure successful projects every time. He is also responsible for the Sales of our projects once completed.
